The Committee on Economic Development moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 5548—H. B. 5548 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §5B-1-9 of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, relating to modifying requirements imposed on any owner, operator, or manager, as applicable, and all concessions and licensees thereof, within a tourism development project or tourism development expansion project within a tourism development project; conforming provisions to existing law redesignating name of public office; clarifying that the State Building Code in effect at the time of a certain agreement for the construction and development of a tourism development project or tourism development expansion project would apply to either project; and removing redundant provisions relating to severability.
